Terms & Conditions
1. Ticket Purchase and Delivery
By purchasing a ticket to the AI Launch Lab Masterclass ("Event"), you agree to the following terms:
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to attendee no-shows, technical difficulties, or partial attendance.
- Upon successful purchase, your e-ticket will be delivered instantly to the email address provided during checkout.
- If you do not receive your ticket within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your spam/junk folders before contacting support.
Important Requirements
Attendance at the Event is conditional upon:
- Bringing your own fully charged laptop - This is mandatory for participation in the hands-on build sessions. No exceptions will be made.
- Arriving on time - Late arrivals may miss critical components of the build process.
2. Event Participation
As an attendee, you agree to:
- Not record any portion of the Event (audio, video, or screen recording).
- Use all provided materials and systems solely for your personal business use.
- Not share login credentials, materials, or teach the systems to non-attendees without express written permission.
3. Limitations of Liability
AI Launch Lab is not responsible for:
- Lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
- Technical failures of attendee devices.
- Individual results or outcomes following the Event.
- Changes to the Event program, which may be modified at our discretion.
4. Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule:
- We will provide at least 72 hours notice.
- Your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date.
- No refunds will be issued.
